Helpful Things to Have Nearby

A few small details can save time. Know the rough size of your tank and the age of the system if you can. Sketch where the lid sits in the yard. Grab any old service papers.

Also mention anything that could block access, such as a locked gate, a dog, or a buried cover. That lets the provider plan the visit.
